My name is Neal Gainsberg, and I’m the owner of Gainsberg Injury and Accident Lawyers. And for over 20 years, I’ve represented individuals that need help in the legal system. I’ve helped people who’ve been injured, who’ve been wronged by an insurance company. That is my passion. That’s what I do every day. That’s what my business is about.

I am married. I have two children. My children understand the law that I practice, and enjoy and celebrate the law that I practice. Some of the better times are when I come home after a long day of work and I explain to my two young children about what their daddy did, how he was able to help somebody get compensation, get an insurance company to do the right thing, and my children will start jumping up and down and make us all feel better about what happened. They experience the joy that my representation and my passion for the law can provide.

I went to the University of Wisconsin-Madison for my undergraduate education. At University Wisconsin, I studied political science and history, so that I can get the background to be a lawyer. I knew from an early age that I wanted to be a lawyer and I wanted to help people, and I wanted to be on the side of the little person. At Chicago-Kent, I studied and got the experience to start my own practice, and to learn how to help victims of insurance companies. Victims of auto accidents and injured victims. And I then started my own practice shortly after law school to help injured victims and other victims who needed compensation from insurance companies and other businesses. I wanted to be there for individuals and to help them get the justice they deserve.

As a member of the Chicago community for most of my life, I understand how the law and the community are part of one big family, and I try my best to give back to that community. To be there for members of the community, in my community, because that is part of what I do as a lawyer: is to make sure that individuals in the community are better off because of my personal service. And I want to make sure that not only my clients, but the community is able to benefit from my work as a lawyer.

At Gainsberg Injury and Accident Lawyers, I take my life experiences, my family experiences, my education and put it all together to help clients. Gainsberg Injury and Accident Lawyers is about helping people and helping the community. And when I am home after a hard day of work, I look forward to talking about my day with my family and celebrating what Gainsberg Injury and Accident Lawyers was able to do for its clients, and what justice we provided, each and every day, for our clients.
