Samantha Gutierrez Invited to Join The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40

Gainsberg Injury and Accident Lawyers is excited to announce that attorney Samantha Gutierrez was invited to join The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. This invitation-only organization is comprised exclusively of practicing trial lawyers (civil and criminal) across the country.

The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 “is extended solely to a select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature, and public profile measured by objective and uniformly applied standards in compliance with state bar and national Rule 4-7.” Eligible candidates undergo a rigorous, multi-phase review process that includes both outside research and peer review. As members, attorneys have access to educational opportunities (including CLE courses) and networking opportunities, both of which encourage them to grow and hone their trial skills.

The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 recognizes young lawyers who are fighting to make the country safer and more just. It is no surprise to us, then, that Samantha was invited to join.

About Samantha Gutierrez

Samantha Gutierrez joined Gainsberg Injury and Accident Lawyers in 2019, and has been a tenacious advocate for our clients since the day she stepped through the door. After graduating from Drake University – in only three years, mind you – with a degree in International Business with a concentration in Business Law and Political Studies, she attended UIC John Marshall Law School and earned her juris doctor. During law school, she also served as an intern for the UIC John Marshall Law School Domestic Violence and Immigration Clinic.

Samantha is a fierce litigator. In her first year of practice, she tried a case in Cook County, and has extensive first-chair jury trial experience. At Gainsberg Injury and Accident Lawyers, she focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury and handles insurance law disputes.

When she’s not trying cases, you may find Samantha at one of our local restaurants, or spending time with her family. You might also find her snuggled up on the couch watching the latest crime thriller or a little I.D. Discovery Channel.
