Fatal Accident on DuSable Lake Shore Drive Claims Two Lives

ABC 7 Eyewitness News reports a crash early Halloween morning on DuSable Lake Shore Drive that took the lives of two people and injured four others.

Per the news organization:

A man and woman were killed in a crash on DuSable Lake Shore Drive on the South Side Monday night, Chicago police said.

The victims were traveling in a Nissan sedan southbound in the 3000-block of DuSable Lake Shore Drive at about 8:48 p.m. when police said they were hit by a Chevy sedan changing lanes.

The Nissan sedan then lost control and struck a tree, police said.

The driver and a passenger in the Nissan were killed, and two other passengers were injured in critical condition. The driver of the Chevy and their passenger were also taken to a hospital in fair condition.
