Two Women Suffer Critical Injuries in a Three-vehicle Head-On Crash
Two women suffered critical injuries in a car accident near suburban Woodstock. At approximately 3:36 pm, a Chevrolet truck was heading east on Route 176 in unincorporated Dorr Township when it crossed into oncoming traffic and struck a Honda Civic and a Lexus Head-on according to the McHenry County sheriff’s office. A 17-year-old Hampshire boy was driving the Chevrolet, and his passenger were taken to a nearby hospital.
The driver of the Lexus, a 59-year-old woman and her passenger, a 37-year-old woman were also taken to a local hospital but one was transferred to another hospital in Park Ridge and the other to a hospital in Libertyville. Both women were in critical condition after the crash. The driver of the Honda was treated at the scene. (Chicago Sun Times)
